You must fill out an ESTA form before traveling to the USA for a 90-day tourist or business trip.
What is a tourist or business trip?
The ESTA authorization allows its holder to sign contracts, meet customers and business partners, take part in seminars, attend exhibitions, take orders and travel throughout the country. This travel authorization does not authorize the holder to carry out a professional activity or to be hired.
If you wish to stay in the USA for more than 6 months, or if your activities are not eligible for ESTA authorization, you will need to apply for a type B visa to travel to the USA.
How to obtain the B1 visa or the B2 visa
This type of visa is intended for those who are not part of the Visa Waiver Program and who wish to stay in the USA for a limited time.
